Network lawyers also accompany victims when they appear in court to defend their rights, in particular when they are entitled to financial reparations .

They intervene during:

• In penal court (classic and CRPC)
• In criminal court
• For procedures before the CIVI (commission d’indemnisation des victimes d’infraction) and the SARVI (service d’aide au recouvrement des victimes), commissions and organisms to aid victims.
