Building on their collaborative work since 2017 within a stable yet dynamic structure, the five partners of AARPI TERRAVOCATS offer their clients proven experience. Each with between 15 and 20 years of practice at the Bar in fields with significant human stakes, they will dedicate themselves to defending your interests with heart and seriousness. A department dedicated to International Talents (artists, entrepreneurs, highly qualified employees) exists within the firm, and has already enabled many of them to settle permanently in France.

Working in collaboration with the Associate Lawyers of AARPI TERRAVOCATS, we have a rigorous, committed, and determined team of lawyers. All of them joined the firm, aware that they will find the means to actively contribute to a better justice system, defending the values of solidarity and humanity.
Fees
The fees of lawyers who are members of the TERRAVOCATS Network are set in complete transparency with the client, after acceptance of the quote by the latter,
in accordance with the ethical rules of the legal profession.
The amount of the consultation is set at 100 euros excluding tax
(120 euros including tax).
Lawyers who are members of the TERRAVOCATS Network undertake to raise the issue of fees at the first consultation, after having read the case.
The method of remuneration most suited to the client and the case in question will be systematically recommended by the lawyers who are members of the TERRAVOCATS Network.
To specify the terms of setting fees, a fee agreement will be entered into between the lawyers who are members of the TERRAVOCATS Network and the client.

The fee
"in the past tense"
The amount of the fees will be based on the time spent by the lawyer and their hourly rate. When this compensation formula is adopted, lawyers who are members of the TERRAVOCATS Network will inform their clients of the estimated number of hours required to handle the case and will keep a record of the time spent on their case available to them.

The fee
"of result"
When the firm and the client have expressly provided for it in the fee agreement, additional compensation, based on obtaining a specific result for the client, may be added to a "minimum" fee, based on a fixed fee or a quota of hours. However, the success fee cannot be the lawyer's sole method of remuneration.

Legal protection
If you have legal expenses insurance under an insurance contract, the fees of lawyers who are members of the TERRAVOCATS Network may be covered, in part or in full, by your insurance company. Despite this financial coverage, the client remains free to choose their lawyer.
Compensation and reimbursement of fees
The Code of Administrative Justice (Article L 761-1), the Code of Civil Procedure (Article 700) and the Code of Criminal Procedure (Article 475-1) provide for the possibility for a court to order the opposing party to reimburse you partially or fully for the fees and costs incurred during legal proceedings.
